Mlinzi wa kati wa timu ya APR kutoka nchini Rwanda Mbuyu Twite amekalisha usajili wake ikiwa ni pamoja na kupata uhamisho wa kimataifa ITC na kuweza kujiunga na mabingwa wa kombe la klabu Bingwa Afrika Mashariki na Kati kombe la Kagame timu ya Young Africans Sports Club.
Mbuyu Twite amabye zoezi lake la usajili lilianza takribani wiki mbili zilizopita limefikia mwisho baada ya klabu ya Young Africans kufanikiwa kupata uhamisho wake wa kimataifa kutoka timu aliyokuwa akiichezea ya APR ambapo awali alikuwa akiichezea timu ya Lumpopo st.
Twite ambaye alingara sana katika mashindano ya Kagame yaliyomalizika hivi karibuni na Young Africans kuibuka mabingwa, amesema anajisikia furaha na mwenye bahati kufanikiwa kujiunga na mabingwa mara mbili mfululizo wa kombe la Kagame.
Usajili wa Twite ulianza takribani wiki mbili zilizopita ambapo mjumbe wa kamati ya Utendaji wa klabu ya Young Africans Abdallah Bin Kleb aliamua kwenda nchini Rwanda kuhakiksiha zoezi hilo linakamilika haraka ipasavyo, ambapo mara baada ya kumalizana na Twite aliendelea kuhakikisha anafuatilia ITC yake.

"Unajua usajili sio mchezaji kusajuli makaratasi ya mkataba tu, kuna kupata barua ya kumruhusu kutoka timu anayotoka, uhamisho wa mchezaji kutoka chama husika cha soka cha nchi, baada ya hapo ndio unaweza kutangaza sasa kwamba ni mchezaji wako halali"alisema Bin Kleb.
Kusajiliwa kwa Mbuyu Twite kunaifanya timu ya Young Africans kuwa na ukuta wa walinzi wa kimataifa akiwemo Kelvin Yondani, Nadir Haroub Cannavaro, Ladislau Mbogo na Ibrahim Job kwa nafasi ya ulinzi wa katikati.
Twite anatarajiwa kuwasili mapema wikii kuungana na wacheji wenzake katika mazoezi ya maandalizi ya msimu mpya wa ligi kuu Tanzania bara inayotarajiwa kuaanza sepetemba mosi.

Mushikiwabo to UN: Enhance civilian protection

By Eugene Kwibuka Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation has urged the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to invest more energy in the prevention of conflicts for better protection of civilians living in conflict-torn areas. Rwanda’s Foreign minister, Louise Mushikiwabo Louise Mushikiwabo made the call during an open debate on the protection of civilians in armed conflict which the UNSC held in New York on Tuesday. “Rwanda’s core message today is that enhancing the protection of civilians in armed conflict requires action before a conflict starts. The proliferation of non-state armed groups makes civilian protection both more urgent, and harder to achieve,” she said.
