CCM Yawatosa Vigogo Watuhumiwa Wa Ufisadi




KAMATI Kuu ya Halmashauri Kuu ya Taifa ya CCM (CC), imewapongeza mawaziri kwa kuchukua hatua dhidi ya watendaji wanaotuhumiwa kwa vitendo vya matumizi mabaya ya ofisi za umma wakiwamo wa Shirika la Umeme Tanzania (Tanesco) na Mamlaka ya Bandari Tanzania (TPA) na kuwataka waendelee na kasi hiyohiyo.

Pongezi hizo za Kamati Kuu zimetolewa baada ya kikao chake kilichofanyika Ijumaa iliyopita na zimekuja baada mawaziri kadhaa kuwachukulia hatua za kinidhamu baadhi ya watendaji walio chini ya wizara zao kwa tuhuma mbalimbali.

Mawaziri waliowachukulia hatua watendaji ni pamoja na Waziri wa Uchukuzi, Dk Harrison Mwakyembe, Waziri wa Maliasili na Utalii, Balozi Khamis Kagasheki, Waziri wa Nishati na Madini, Profesa Sospeter Muhongo na Waziri wa Viwanda na Biashara, Dk Abdallah Kigoda.

Juzi, Kamati Kuu iliipongeza Serikali kwa kutekeleza maagizo yake ya kutaka ichukue hatua dhidi ya watendaji waliohusishwa katika ubadhilifu katika mashirika ya umma.

“Kamati Kuu inawapongeza mawaziri walioanza kutekeleza maagizo hayo kwani mwisho wa siku maisha bora kwa kila Mtanzania yatawezekana,” ilisema taarifa iliyotolewa jana na Katibu wa Itikadi na Uenezi wa CCM, Nape Nnauye.

Kamati Kuu ilieleza katika taarifa yake kuwa ipo haja ya kuwachukulia hatua watendaji wakuu wa mashirika yaliyohusishwa na ubadhirifu mbalimbali na kwamba kitendo hicho cha mawaziri hao ni kutekeleza agizo lake.

Mei 17, mwaka huu, Waziri wa Viwanda na Biashara, Dk Kigoda alimsimamisha kazi Mkurugenzi Mkuu wa Shirika la Viwango Tanzania (TBS), Charles Ekelege ili kupisha uchunguzi wa tuhuma zilizokuwa zikimkabili.

Miongoni mwa tuhuma hizo ni pamoja na kuyapa zabuni kampuni hewa za ukaguzi wa magari kabla hayajaingia nchini.

Muda mfupi baadaye, Juni 5, mwaka huu, Dk Mwakyembe alimsimamisha kazi Kaimu Mtendaji Mkuu wa Shirika la Ndege Tanzania (ATCL), Paul Chizi kutokana na tuhuma mbalimbali.

Hivi karibuni, pia Dk Mwakyembe alisimamisha kazi Mkurugenzi Mkuu wa TPA, Ephraim Mgawe, wasaidizi wake wawili na Meneja wa Bandari ya Dar es Salaam, Cassian Ng'amilo kupisha uchunguzi wa wizi wa vitu mbalimbali yakiwemo makontena 40 ya vitenge katika Bandari ya Dar es Salaam.

Pia aliwasimamisha kazi Meneja wa Kituo cha Mafuta ya Ndege Kurasini (Kurasini Oil Jet - KOJ), Meneja wa Kituo cha Mafuta JET na mhandisi wa mafuta wa kituo hicho, baada ya kubainika kuwepo kwa wizi wa mafuta.

Waziri Kagasheki kwa upande wake, alimfukuza kazi Mkurugenzi wa Wanyamapori, Obeid Mbanga kwa kashfa ya kusafirisha wanyama kwenda nje ya nchi.

Julai 14, mwaka huu, Bodi ya Tanesco ilimsimamisha kazi Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa shirika hilo, William Mhando ikielezwa kuwa ni maelekezo ya Waziri wa Nishati na Madini, Profesa Muhongo ili kupisha uchunguzi wa matumizi mabaya ya madaraka katika ofisi yake.

Mbali na kupongeza kazi hiyo, pia CC ilizungumzia mgogoro wa Tanzania na Malawi. Kuhusu hilo, Nape alisema Kamati Kuu imewatahadharisha wanasiasa na vyombo vya habari vinavyochochea vita na uhasama kati ya nchi hizo mbili.

“Kamati Kuu imetaka suala hilo kuiachia diplomasia ichukue mkondo wake na Serikali iushughulikie na kuumaliza mgogoro huo,” alisema Nape.

Pia, ilipokea taarifa ya maendeleo ya uchaguzi ndani ya chama na kusema imeridhishwa na maendeleo hayo ya uchaguzi na kuagiza kila kikao husika kihakikishe haki inatendeka hasa katika uchujaji wa majina.

Mushikiwabo to UN: Enhance civilian protection
