Pamoja na stress za cheo kikubwa kabisa nchini Marekani cha urais na pressure za ‘haters’ wakati uchaguzi wa nchi hiyo ukikaribia, Obama hajataka kuziruhusu zimwondolee wajibu wake wa kutoa mahaba mazito kwa mkewe. Mushikiwabo to UN: Enhance civilian protection
