Monalisa si Waleo si wakesho

MSANII mkongwe katika tasnia ya
filamu nchini Yvone Cheryl Monalisa
ametajwa kuwa ni miongoni mwa wasanii
watakao dumu kwa muda mrefu katika
tasnia ya filamu kutokana na wezo
walionao.

Hayo yamebainishwa baada ya Monalisa 
kuonekana  kwa mara nyingine ndani ya
filamu inayokwenda kwa jina la Dakika
ya Mwisho.

Filamu hiyo inazungumzia kijana Masumbuko
na Shida  kama watoto wa mtaani wanaoteseka
na mazingira ya shida na hatarishi.

Kama ilivyo kwa watoto wa mtaani , kwa kuishi
na kuomba pamoja Masumbuko(Mkamba)na Shida (Monalisa)wanajikuta wanapendana na kuoana
na kuwa Mme na Mke.

Wakiwa katika ndoa Shida anapata tatizo la ugonjwa
wa tumbo , jambo linaloitaji kufanyiwa upasuaji
wa haraka .Lakini tatizo hali zaokiuchumibado ni mbaya.

Masumbuko anaangaika kutafuta kiasi cha fedha
alicho agizwa na Dokta ilikunusulu maisha ya
Mke.

lakini akiwa anakabiliwa na mtihani wa kuokoa
maisha ya mkewe , Masumbuko anaingia katika
janga la kufukuzwa kazi hali inayozidi kumcha
nganya kiakili.

Ni bonge la muvi lililojaa majonzi , simanzi
na masikitiko inayosambazwa na Kampuni ya Pili
Pilipili Entertainment.

Mushikiwabo to UN: Enhance civilian protection

By Eugene Kwibuka Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation has urged the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to invest more energy in the prevention of conflicts for better protection of civilians living in conflict-torn areas. Rwanda’s Foreign minister, Louise Mushikiwabo Louise Mushikiwabo made the call during an open debate on the protection of civilians in armed conflict which the UNSC held in New York on Tuesday. “Rwanda’s core message today is that enhancing the protection of civilians in armed conflict requires action before a conflict starts. The proliferation of non-state armed groups makes civilian protection both more urgent, and harder to achieve,” she said.
