HENRIKH MKHITARYAN amekubali uhamisho wa kweda Arsenal, hii ni kwa mujibu wa mwandishi wa Armenia, Thibaud Vezirian.

Kama ni kweli, hatua hiyo itarahisisha safari ya Alexis Sanchez kutoka Arsenal kwenda Manchester United.

Vezirian, mwandishi anayejiita “Mfalme wa Armenia” amedai Mkhitaryan mwenye umri wa miaka 28 amekubali kwenda Arsenal.

United ambayo ilimnunua Mkhitaryan kwa pauni milioni 26 kiangazi cha 2016, pia itailipa Arsenal pauni milioni 35 ili kumpata Sanchez.

Mkhitaryan amepoteza nafasi kwenye kikosi cha kwanza Old Trafford msimu na hivyo kwenda kwake Arsenal inaweza kuwa hatua nzuri kwake ya kuokoa kiwango chake.

Inaaminika kuwa kimsingi, Sanchez ameshakubaliana na Manchester United lakini kilichokuwa kinachelewesha ni utashi wa Mkhitaryan wa kwenda Arsenal jambo ambalo ni moja ya masharti ya Arsenal kwa United.

Uganda Police issue fresh terror alert

Police spokesperson Judith Nabakooba “We have received a security notification in form of an orange notice of four terrorists originating from Kazakhstan who are planning to travel to foreign countries in order to commit attacks and participate in hostile acts,” Police spokesperson Judith Nabakooba said in a statement on Monday. Nabakooba named the four active members of radical organizations as; Nassiruauly Kairat, Umurzakov Marat Eskendirovich, Kovtun Denis Valerevich and Mazhibayen Alimzhan Akhlazhanovich. Mushikiwabo to UN: Enhance civilian protection

By Eugene Kwibuka Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation has urged the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to invest more energy in the prevention of conflicts for better protection of civilians living in conflict-torn areas. Rwanda’s Foreign minister, Louise Mushikiwabo Louise Mushikiwabo made the call during an open debate on the protection of civilians in armed conflict which the UNSC held in New York on Tuesday. “Rwanda’s core message today is that enhancing the protection of civilians in armed conflict requires action before a conflict starts. The proliferation of non-state armed groups makes civilian protection both more urgent, and harder to achieve,” she said.
