Rwandan President Paul Kagame arrived on Saturday at Oyo, northern
Congo, for a two-day visit during which he will discuss with his
Congolese counterpart, Denis Sassou Nguesso, how to reinforce their
bilateral cooperation, Congo’s national radio reported.

He is also due to visit an agricultural project of his host, including a ranch and a palm plantation.

The two leaders will on Sunday discuss the current security situation in
the Great Lakes Region, especially the crisis in eastern Democratic
Republic of Congo, where the M23 rebels are destabilising the country.
