UBER Nchini Yazindua Stika Mstahiki Meya wa jiji apongeza hatua hiyo



Teknolojia mpya ya huduma ya Usafiri kwa njia ya mdandao (UBER)
 ilizindua, uzinduzi wa Stika za magari kwa madereva wanao tumia
kusafirisha abiria .

Kutokana na harakati hizo za kutumia usafiri huo, jiji
la Dar es Salaam limetajwa kuwa limetangulia kuwa mstali
wa mbele kwa haraka kutokana na ubunifu huo wa mfumo
wa kisasa.

Hayo yalisemwa  jijini hapa juzi na meneja wa UBER nchini 
Alfred Msemo katika mazungumzo na waandishi wa habari yaliyofanyika 
katika hotel ya Serena .

Alfred alisema Dar es Salaam ni kivutio kikubwa cha utalii,
nakuwa wamekuwa wakishirikiana kwa ukaribu na Mstahiki Meya
wa jiji.

"Sasa halmashauri ya jiji hili itawataka madereva wanaotumia
programu ya UBER kulipa Shilingi elfu 80,000 kabla ya kupewa
Stika ambapo Stika hiyo itadumu kwa muda wa mwaka mmoja,"alisema
Alfred.


Alfred Meneja huyo alisema hiyo ni hatua muhimu na ni ushahidi wa 
juhudi zinazofanywa na UBER katika kushirikiana  na halmashauri
za miji mbali mbali katika mchakato wa kuunda sera zinazo walenga
madereva wa UBER.

Kwa upande wa Mstahiki Meya wa jiji la Dar es Salaam Isaya Mwita
aliipongeza  kampuni ya UBER aliipongeza kampini hiyo wakati
wa uzinduzi huo.

"Zaidi ya watu 1ooo wamepata ajira mpya ya kutengeneza  pesa
huku watu zaidi ya elfu kumi (10), wakitumia usafiri huo kwenye
mizunguko yao,"alisema Isaya.

Alisema kwa sasa watu wameshuhudia  teknolojia  hiyo ya UBER
kwani tayari imeleta mafanikio makubwa hususani  kwenye
suala zima la usalama.kuvutia watalii, pamoja na kupunguza 
foleni  za msongamano bara barani.

Vile vile Meya Isaya alisema  jiji la Dar es Salaam ni mji unao
fikiria kwenda mbele zaidi na kwenda na wakati  na ndio maana
wameonesha  kuwa wapo tayari kuwa na aina mpya ya biashara kama
UBER nakuwa Madereva wote wanaoitajika kutoa huduma hiyo,wataitajika  
kuwa na stika  kutoka jiji la Dar es Salaam.

Naye Kamanda wa Polisi Kikosi cha Usalama  Barabarani nchini 
SACP.Fortunatus Musilimu alisema Jeshi la Polisi litashirikiana
na Kampuni ya UBER nchini kupitia madereva wao kupata taarifa
za uhalifu na wahalifu na kuzifanyia Uchunguzi kwani madereva hao
muda mwingi wapo barabarani.


SACP.Fortunatus alisema kuwa UBER kuwa ni kama wadau wengine weledi 
katika kuzuia ajali za barabarani,uhalifu na waalifu.

"Kupitia Stika hizo, zinazozinduliwaleo (juzi) tutaweza kujua magari
yanayofanya biashara kwa kutumia teknolojia  na kutumia teknolojia
hiyo katika upelelezi wa matukio ya ajali na uhalifu,"alisema SACP.

Tayari Kamanda huyo wa Polisi  ametaja kuwa kufikia mwaka 2017 UBER 
imetoa jumla ya ajira 6,000 za madereva  ambapo jumla ya wateja 28,000
wamepata huduma nzuri kwa njia ya mtandao (APPS) na jumla ya wateja kutoka
mataifa mbali mbali .

Mushikiwabo to UN: Enhance civilian protection
