Wachezaji wapigwa kifungo cha maisha kwa kupanga matokeo


Wachezaji na viongozi wa klabu zilizohusika kupanga matokeo nchini Nigeria kwenye mechi zilizzomalizika kwa ushindi wa 79-0 na 67-0 wamepigwa kifungo cha maisha kujihusisha na mchezo wa soka.

Plateau United Feeders walipata ushindi wa mabao 79-0 dhidi ya Akurba FC wakati Police Machine FC waliichapa Bubayaro FC 67-0.

Vilabu hivyo vinne pia vimefungiwa kujihusisha na mchezo wa soka kwa miaka 10.

Kamati ya shirikisho la soka la Nigeria NFF imependekeza waamuzi wa michezo hiyo miwili nao kupigwa adhabu ya kufungiwa maisha.

Plateau United Feeders na Police Machine waliingia kwenye michezo hiyo wakiwa wanalingana pointi na kilichokuwa kikitazamwa ni tofauti ya mabao ili kuweza kupanda daraja.

Feeders mabao yao 72 waliyafunga kipindi cha pili wakati Police Machine mabao yao 61 waliyafunga kipindi cha pili.

Uganda Police issue fresh terror alert

Police spokesperson Judith Nabakooba “We have received a security notification in form of an orange notice of four terrorists originating from Kazakhstan who are planning to travel to foreign countries in order to commit attacks and participate in hostile acts,” Police spokesperson Judith Nabakooba said in a statement on Monday. Mushikiwabo to UN: Enhance civilian protection

By Eugene Kwibuka Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation has urged the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to invest more energy in the prevention of conflicts for better protection of civilians living in conflict-torn areas. Rwanda’s Foreign minister, Louise Mushikiwabo Louise Mushikiwabo made the call during an open debate on the protection of civilians in armed conflict which the UNSC held in New York on Tuesday. “Rwanda’s core message today is that enhancing the protection of civilians in armed conflict requires action before a conflict starts. The proliferation of non-state armed groups makes civilian protection both more urgent, and harder to achieve,” she said.
