MR PRESIDENT VIPI UWEKEZAJI KATIKA SOKA LA BONGO?

Heshima kwako mheshimiwa Rais wa 44 wa Taifa kubwa duniani la USA ,Ndugu Barack Hussein Obama, awali ya yote nilifurahishwa na maandalizi ya ujio wako na furaha ikatimia nilivyoona kupitia Televishen ya Taifa ukishuka kutoka kwenye Air Force One, tatu nikafurahishwa vile ulivyochangamka ukiwa pale uwanjani kama haitoshi nikavutiwa vile ukidance pale uwanja wa ndege na kama bado nikapendezwa na uwezo wako wa kujibu maswali ya wanahabari ingawa nilipenda yaendelee.

Mr President nasikitika sijasikia habari ya michezo ikipewa kipaumbele katika ziara yako nilitegemea kusikia katika miradi ambayo serikari yako inafadhiri nchi yetu basi angalau suala la kujenga shule za michezo kwa kasi lingekuwa linagusiwa ,

Mr President ajira imekuwa ni tatizo kubwa katika nchi yetu hasa kwa vijana na labda tulitegemea uwepo wa uwekezaji katika michezo ungesaidia kupunguza tatizo hili ila nalo limekuwa tatizo sugu, sasa kwa mtazamo wangu Capt Mkami Jr nilitegemea itaondoa tatizo hili japo si sana ila angalau michezo uleta watu karibu na uleta furaha na amani.

Je Mr President wangu ndugu Jakaya , Uwanja wa taifa,Kocha, na Timu ya taifa vinatosha kutupeleka World Cup mimi nadhani ipo haja ya kuwekeza katika michezo kwa nguvu na kwa mipango hakika tutaweza?

Mushikiwabo to UN: Enhance civilian protection

By Eugene Kwibuka Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation has urged the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to invest more energy in the prevention of conflicts for better protection of civilians living in conflict-torn areas. Rwanda’s Foreign minister, Louise Mushikiwabo Louise Mushikiwabo made the call during an open debate on the protection of civilians in armed conflict which the UNSC held in New York on Tuesday. “Rwanda’s core message today is that enhancing the protection of civilians in armed conflict requires action before a conflict starts. The proliferation of non-state armed groups makes civilian protection both more urgent, and harder to achieve,” she said.
