Vodacom yasherehekea‘ubora wa utoaji huduma kwa wateja’



Katika kuadhimisha miaka 18 ya utoaji huduma kwa wateja wao Vodacom Tanzania (PLC)yafanyamwezimzimawa October kuwa mwezi wa huduma kwa wateja.
Vodacom, imeendeleza sherehe za wiki ya huduma kwa wateja,ambazo huadhimishwa wiki ya kwanza ya mwezi Oktoba kila mwaka, na mwaka huu kaulimbiu ikiwani ‘Kusherehekea ubora wa utoaji huduma’.


Mkurugenzi wa Huduma kwa Wateja wa kampuni ya Vodacom Tanzania, Bi. Harriet Lwakatare, amebainisha kuwa,lengo kuu la kuendeleza maadhimisho hayo ni kuwashukuru wateja wao, watoa huduma na kuonyesha huduma mbalimbali wanazozindua kwa dhumuni la kuwasaidia wateja.
“Tunafurahia kuona Vodacom inaongoza katika kubadilisha maisha ya Watanzania zaidi ya milioni 12 na kuwaunganisha popote duniani. Hudumazetu zimekuwa za kwanza nchini, zimepokelewa vizuri na kuendelea kutufanya Mtandao bora wa simu nchini.”
Akiongelea mchango wa hudumazao kwa watanzania na uchumi kwaujumla, Harriet alisema kuwa“MPesa imekuwa msaada mkubwa kwa huduma zakifedha kama kutuma na kupokea fedha ndani na nje ya nchi, kufanyamanunuzi, na kulipa bidhaa na ankara”. Huduma nyongeza kama M-Pawa imesaidia kuboresha maisha ya watu daraja la chini na hata wakati kwa kutoa mikopo isiyo na usumbufu kwa riba nafuu.
Akitoa ufafanuzi kuhusu mageuzi yanayo ongezaubora wa huduma, kiongozi huyo anasema kaziyao hukamilika pale wanapo hakikisha changamoto au tatizo la mteja limetatuliwa na sihivyo tu,balinamteja amekiri kuridhika na utatuzi huo.
Vodacom, ijulikanayokama ‘mtandaosupa’ inajivunia kuwaunganisha ndugu, jamaa na marafiki kuwana mtandao uliosambaa nchi nzima na kutoa intaneti yenye kasi zaidi. “Tuna mfikiria mteja wetu na kumfanya kuwa kiini cha kila ubunifu tunaouzindua.
 Hatuishii hapo tu bali, tunaendelea kusikiliza na kuchukua maoni ya wateja wetu kwa ajiliya maboresho zaidi”.
Kuhusu kauli mbiu ya mtandao huo, ‘Yajayo Yanafurahisha’ Lwakatare amesema kwamba ,kaulihii imelenga kuonyesha Vodacom imejidhatiti kuboresha huduma kwa wateja wao kupitia njia za kidigitali zaidi ambazo wateja wanapata msaada wapapo kwa hapo kwa kuchati moja kwa moja (Live chat) na watoa huduma.
Kadhalika,Lwakatare anabainisha kuwa kupitia mitandao ya kijamii Facebook, Instagram, na Twitter wana kitengo maalum chenye ueledi wa kutosha kumsaidia mteja kupata taarifa na ufumbuzi wa matatizo mbalimbali kwa haraka.
Piakupitiamaoniyanayotolewawakatiwatejawanapakuwa application zetukwenye ‘Google play’ au ‘App Store’, Vodacom  imehakikisha maoni yao yana fanyiwa kazi na kupatiwa majibu papohapo.
Lwakatare pia amethibitisha Vodacom inaendelea kusogeza zaidi huduma kwa wateja kupitia maduka yao ya liyozaidi ya 400 nchini.
Kuhusiana na kutoa elimu kwa wateja kuhusu wimbi la matapeli ambao hutumia fursaya M-Pesa kuibiawateja fedha, Harriet anasema Vodacom kwa sasa inakampeni mahususi ya kuelimisha wateja.
Mara kwa mara, watumiaji wa simu za mkononi wamekuwa wakilalamika kupokea ujumbe mfupiwamaneno au kupigiwasimu wakielezwakuwa wameshinda, kabla ya kupewa zawadi matapelihao huwataka watume kiasi fulani cha pesa.
Watumiajiwasimu wanatakiwa kuwa makini pindi wanapopigiwasimu hasa na watu wasio wafahamu na pia kulinda na kutokutoa namba ya siri wala taarifa zinazohusu akaunti za fedhazao kwa mtumwingine.
“Tunapendakuwajulisha wateja kuwa na mbayetu inayotumika kuwasiliana na wateja wanaoshinda promosheni zetu au wanaohitajika kwanamnayoyote, huwa ni namba0754 100 100 nasivinginevyo,” Harriet anabainisha.
Kuhusiana na namna Vodacom ilivyoboresha usalama wa mteja katika utumiaji wa huduma ya M Pesa, Lwakatare amethibitisha usalama wa miamala ya wateja wao nakuwa hakikishia wateja wao kuwa M-Pesa imethibitishwa na kampuni ya kimataifa ya GSMA kwa usalama wake nahudumu bora zaidi.
Changamoto nyingine inayoripotiwa na wateja ni miamala inayo tumwa kimakosa, na Lwakatare amebainisha uwezekano wa wateja kuweza kurudishamiamala inayotumwa kimakosa punde wanapogundua wamekamilisha muamala usio sahihi.
Vodacom inaendeleakuboresha huduma kwa kuzindua mifumo ya kulipia  bidhaa kwenye mitandao kama Amazoni, Ebay, Easybuy kidigitali kwa kutumia M-Pesa Mastercard ikiwani mpango wa kuhakikisha huduma zao zinawagusa watu katika sekta zote. Mkurugenzi huyo amemaliza mwezi huu kwa kuwashukuru wateja wao na kuwataka waendelee kutumia mtandao huo kwani hakika, yajayo, yanafurahisha!

Mushikiwabo to UN: Enhance civilian protection
