Naomba nikutumie baadhi ya picha za ziara ya Mhe. Mwakyembe Berlin, Ujerumani. utaandaa maelezo mazuri wewe mwenyewe. Ila kwa ufupi ni kwamba Mhe. Waziri na ujumbe wake wapo Berlin kuanzia trh 15 hadi 19 sept, 2012. moja ya tukio muhimu ni kusainiwa Mkataba wa Ushirikiano wa Usafiri wa Anga (Bilateral Air Services Agreement - BASA) baina ya nchi hizi mbili tarehe 17 Sept. Aidha, leo tarehe 16 sept, Mhe. Waziri na ujumbe wake walitembelea maonyesho ya Kimaitaifa ya sekta ya Usafiri wa Anga yaliofanyika hapa Berlin. Aidha kwa nyakati mbalimbali, Mhe. na ujumbe wake watakutana na wafanyabiasha na wawekezaji mbalimbali hususani katika sekta ya usafiri (Anga, reli na meli).


Baada ya ziara ya hapa ujeruman, ujumbe wa wataalam (tu) aliofatana nao mhe. waziri utaelekea the Hague Uholanzi kwa ajili ya majadiliano mengine kuhusu usafiri wa anga tarehe 19 hadi 21 sept. Mushikiwabo to UN: Enhance civilian protection

By Eugene Kwibuka Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation has urged the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to invest more energy in the prevention of conflicts for better protection of civilians living in conflict-torn areas. Rwanda’s Foreign minister, Louise Mushikiwabo Louise Mushikiwabo made the call during an open debate on the protection of civilians in armed conflict which the UNSC held in New York on Tuesday. “Rwanda’s core message today is that enhancing the protection of civilians in armed conflict requires action before a conflict starts. The proliferation of non-state armed groups makes civilian protection both more urgent, and harder to achieve,” she said.
