TCB na TSDU Kwa Pamoja Wameandaa Mafunzo kwa Wabunifu

Wabunifu wa Tanzania kufundishwa mbinu za biashara kuelekea katika Soko la Uingeraza.
Wanunuzi wakubwa wa bidhaa za ubunifu kutoka Uingeraza kuonyesha mbinu za uuzaji.
Swahili Fashion Week kwa kushirikiana na Tanzania Cotton Board (TCB) na Textile Sector Development Unit (TSDU) kwa pamoja wameandaa mafunzo kwa wabunifu wa Tanzania yenye lengo la kuboresha taaluma ya ubunifu hapa nchini.
“Tunaamini kwamba baada ya mafunzo haya, wabunifu wa watanzania wataweza kutengeneza bidhaa zenye ubora wa hali ya juu ambazo zitaweza kuuzwa sehemu yoyote. Pia kupitia mafunzo haya tunaamini kwamba wabunifu watapata habari muhimu zitakazowawezesha kuchangia moja kwa moja ukuaji wa sekta ya ubunifu Tanzania”. Alisema Mustafa Hassanali muaandaji wa Swahili Fashion Week.
Mafunzo hayo yataendeshwa na Claire Hamer-Stubbs ambae anatoka katika kampuni ya Ei8ht (www.ei8ht.org), kundi ambalo limekuwa likifanya kazi zake nchini Uingereza.
Warsha hiyo itafanyika katika Hotel ya New Africa kwa muda wa siku nne kuanzia Ijumaa ya tarehe 27 mpaka Jumatau tarehe 30 mwezi huu na kuwahusisha wabunifu 12 wa mavazi hapa nchini.
“TSDU kwa sasa tumeshirikiana na Swahili Fashion Week katika programu ya kuwasaidia wabunifu wa Tanzania kwa kutoa mafunzo ya awali , TSDU inaamini kwamba kwa kutoa fursa ya mafunzo kwa wabunifu ambayo yatawawezesha kutambua mpangilio mzima wa kufanya kazi zao. Tunaamini kwamba kupitia semina hii wabunifu watajipatia uelewa mpana wa kufanya kazi na wanunuzi wa rejareja kutoka Uingereza ambao huenda wakavutiwa na bidhaa zinazozalishwa na wabunifu wa Tanzania. Alieleza Mark Bennet, mtaalamu kutoka viwanda vinavyotengeneza nguo vya hapa Tanzani.
Miongoni mwa maeneo yatakayofundishwa katika warsha hii ni pamoja na:
· Biashara na ubunifu, ambapo zaidi itagusia kufafanua ubunifu, mifano mbalimbali, gharama za uzalishaji.
· Masuala ya uzalishaji kwa ujumla, ambapo zaidi wataangalia vipengele vinavyohusu fedha, ufundi, ubora wa bidhaa na jinsi ya kufanya kazi na viwanda vingine vya uzalishaji.
· Ufundi katika ubunifu kwa mfano katika ufungaji, uwekaji wa lebo, maadili ya uzalishaji sambamba na mazingira ya kazi kwa ujimla.
· Watapata pia fursa ya kukutana na wanunuzi kutoka Uingeraza, na kujua ni bidhaa gani zinazohitajika Uingereza, pamoja na kuangalia changamoto mbalimbali na jinsi ya kufikia matarajio.
“Wabunifu wa Tanzania waitumie nafasi hii ipasavyo katika kujipatia mbinu tofauti za kutengeneza bidhaa zao, pamoja na kujipatia mbinu mpya za masoko kwa bidhaa wanazozalisha. Nafasi hii haitoi fursa kwa mtu mmoja mmoja bali kwa sekta nzima ya ubunifu hapa nchini.” Alimazia Mustafa Hassanali.
KUHUSU SWAHILI FASHION WEEK
Swahili Fashion Week ni jukwaa pekee linalowaleta pamoja wabunifu wa mavazi na watengenezaji wa bidhaa za mapambo kutoka nchi zote zinazozungumza lugha ya Kiswahili, ili kuonyesha ubunifu wao, kuuza bidhaa wanazozalisha, kubuni ajira, sambamba na kutengeneza mtandao kwa wabunifu kutoka maoneo hayo wanayoongea lugha ya Kiswahili, sambamba na kuhimiza dhana nzima ya kuthamini bidhaa zinazotengenezwa Afrika Mshariki.
“Swahili fashion week in tukio ambalo linawajumuisha wabunifu wakongwe na wale wanaochipukia kuonyesha kazi zao, pia kutoa nafasi kwa wapenzi wote wa sanaa ya mavazi kujumuika pamoja na kufurahia bunifu wa watanzani na kutoka nchi za jirani”. Alifafanua Mustafa Hassanali.
Msisitizo zaidi umewekwa katika kuhakikisha kwamba sekta ya ubunifu inakuwa kikanda. Swahili Fashion Week inalenga kukuza sanaa ya ubunifu na kuwa jukwaa bora la kibiashara kimataifa kwa nchi za Afrika Mahariki.
“Kwa mara ya kwanza watu mbalimbali watapata fursa kuuza na kununua bidhaa mbalimbali za Kiswahili kutoka nchi zinazozungumza Kiswahili kama vile vyakula, viatu, nguo na vitu mbalimbali kutoka mwambao wa Kiswahili kupitia Swahili Shopping Festival”. Alimalizia Mustafa.
Kwa mara ya tatu sasa Swahili Fashion Week imekuwa ikifanyika, ambapo kwa mwaka huu itafanyika kuanzia tarehe 4 mpaka 6 November 2010, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
KUHUSU NA UKUAJI WA VIWANDA (TSDU)
The Tanzania Cotton Board’s (TCB) na Textile Sector Development Unit’s (TSDU) zimekua zikisaidia kukuza seka ya viwanda Tanzania. Lengo kuu ni kubuni hali bora na kuhakikisha kukua viwanda vinavyozalisha nguo Tanzania, sambamba na kuhakikisha thamani ya Pamba Tanzania inakua, hali itakayochangia kupatikana kwa nafasi za ajira na kuwepo kwa hali bora kwa nchi ya Tanzania.
KUHUSU TANZANIA GATSBY TRUST (TGT)
The Tanzania Gatsby Trust (TGT - www.gatsby.or.tz) imeanzisha program maalumu ya kusaidia serikali ya Tanzania katika kuhakikisha maendeleo ya viwanda vinavozalisha nguo . miongoni mwa program zake nyingi pia ni kusaidia kukuza hali ya wabunifu wa Tanzania. TGT inaamini kuwa kuimarika kwa sekta ya ubunifu kutachangia kuongezeka kwa ajira Tanzania. Kwa kushirikian ana VETA TGT imeanzisha mafunzo ya wabunifu wa mavazi katika vituo vyake vya mafunzo vilivyopo Dar es salaam. Pia TGT imeamua kufanya kazi na Swahili Fashion Week kwa lengo kukuza hali ya ubunifu Tanzania.

Mushikiwabo to UN: Enhance civilian protection
