Hassan jana amezinduahuduma za kifedha za kampuni ya simu ya Tanzania
(TTCL Pesa).

Akizungumza katika uzinduzi huo Dar es Salaam kwenye Makao Makuu ya Kamupuni
hiyo alisema uzinduzi huo uwemwendelezo wa jitihada za kulejea katika nafasi ya
kuwa suluhisho la kweli la utoaji Hhuduma za Mawasiliano hapa nchini.

Alisema kuzinduliwa kwa huduma hiyo iwe uthibitisho mwingine yakwamba TTCL
 inatekeleza maagizo ya serikali ya awamu ya tano nchini ambapo Rais wetu
DKT,John Pombe Magufuli alielekeza kuwa mashirika yote ya Umma yajiendeshe
kwa faida.

"Mashirika ya Umma yajiendeshe kwa faida, yatoe gawio serikalini, yawahudumie
wananchi kwa kiwango cha juu cha ubora na kwa gharama nafuu,"alisema
Mh.Samia.

Samia alisema anawapa hongera TTCL kwa kutekeleza maagizo hayo kwa vitendo
na kuchukua fursa ya kuwapongeza kwa ushindi walioupata hivi karibuni kwa
kushika nafasi ya kwanza katika sekta ya mawasiliano na Teknolojia katika
maonesho ya 41 ya Biashara ya Kimataifa ya Dar es Salaam maarufu kama
Saba Saba.

Mh.Makamu wa Rais alisema TTCL imekuwa Kampuni yenye changamoto nyingi
kwani ubia wa takribani miaka 15 katika kampuni hiyo na mwekezaji
haikuleta tija iliyotarajiwa.

Aidha katika hafla ya tukio hilo Afisa Mtendaji wa TTCL Bw.Waziri Kkindamba
alisema kuwa awali ya yote alimpongeza Mh.Makamu wa Rais kwa uwepo wake
pia alimshukuru waziri wa ujenzi uchukuzi na mawasiliano pamoja na naibu wake
na katibu Mkuu kwa ushirikiano mkubwa walioutoa kwa TTCL.

"Uzinduzi wa leo ni tukio kubwa sana lenye uzito wa pekee kwa TTCL na Sekta
nzima ya mawasilino hapa nchini,hali hiyo ni mwendelezo wa tamaduni mpya
ndani ya kampuni yetu,"alisema Kindamba.

Aliseeleza kuwa utamaduni wa zamani uliokuwa umezoeleka katika taasisi ya Umma
kuwa,taasisi hizo zinatawaliwa na urasimu wa hali ya juu katika utoaji wa huduma
huku zikiwasahau wateja na maitaji yao hali inayopelekea kuvunjika moyo na
kuwakatisha tamaa wateja wengi.

Uongozi wa TTCL ulisema huduma za TTCL PESA zitarahisisha mchakato wa njia
ya mtandao,zitaongeza usalama wa pesa na kupunguza hatari ya kupotea kwa fedha
kupitia vitendo vya uhalifu kama ujambazi wanaofanyiwa wananchi,wakulima na wafugaji
wanaotembea na fedha nyingi katika maeneo mbali mbali wanapofanya biashara zao za
mazao na mifugo.

Naye mwenyekiti wa Bodi ya TTCL Omari Nundu alisema changamoto kubwa kubwa ni
ukosefu wa mtaji ambapo kiasi cha takribani 600 zinaitajika ili TTCL iweze
kutekeleza mipango yake kibiashara kama kununua Teknolojia mpya za Kisasa.

Mushikiwabo to UN: Enhance civilian protection

By Eugene Kwibuka Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation has urged the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to invest more energy in the prevention of conflicts for better protection of civilians living in conflict-torn areas. Rwanda’s Foreign minister, Louise Mushikiwabo Louise Mushikiwabo made the call during an open debate on the protection of civilians in armed conflict which the UNSC held in New York on Tuesday. “Rwanda’s core message today is that enhancing the protection of civilians in armed conflict requires action before a conflict starts. The proliferation of non-state armed groups makes civilian protection both more urgent, and harder to achieve,” she said.
