Madiwani: Wamuunga mkono Maalim Seif

MADIWANI wa Chama cha Wananchi(CUF) jana Dar es Salaam wamekutana katika ofisi zao
na kutoa tamko rasmi juu ya sintofahamu inayoendelea kaika chama hicho.

Kwa pamoja wameunga mkono hotuba  na msimamo wa Chama chao uliotolewa
hivi karibuni na Katibu wao Mkuu Maalim Seif Sharifu  Hamad, madiwani hao
wa CUF kutoka manispaa za Mkoa wa Dar es Salaam walitoa ujumbe huo  ili
uweze kuwafiki wana chama wao na wapenda mabadiliko nchini kwa ujumla.

Wakizungumza juu ya msimamo wao madiwani hao walisema kuwa chama cho
kilishiriki Uchaguzi Mkuu wa mwaka 2015bila ya kuwa na mwenyekiti
wa Chama  Taifa kutokana na kujiuzulu kwa aliyekuwa  Mwenyekiti wao
Profesa Ibrahim Lipumba kwa utashi wake mwenyewe mbali na kumusihi
sana kusitisha mpango wake huo.

"Kila mmoja wetu  kwa upande wao alishiriki kwa namna moja ama nyingine
kuhakikisha Profesa Lipumba hajiuzulu nafasi ya uenyekiti  wa chama
Taifa,waliamini kuwa  kujiudhulu kwake kungeweza kuleta athari
kwetu  tuliamini kuwa  kujiuzuru  kwake kungeweza kuleta athari
kwa sisi  wagombea watarajiwa  wakati huo na kuathiri ushirikiano
wa vyama vyetu katika UKAWA,"Alisema Omry Kumbilamoto 
ambaye ni naibu mea Ilala.

Omry alisema kuwa Profesa Lipumba alipuuza kilio chao  wote  wana CUF
ambapo alishikilia msimamo wake  na mara baada ya kutoa  taarifa
hiyo rasmi ya Kung'atuka ama kujiuzulu  pale kwenye hoteli ya Peacock
Augusti 2016 ambapo alielekea Kigali nchini Rwanda kwa shughuli
aliyoiita  a utafiti  wa kiuchumi wenyelengo  la kuja kuisaidia
serikali ijayo ya awamu ya Tano.


Aidha alisema kuwa  wao madiwani 19 waliopo  mbele kwa wakati huo jana waliweza pia
kupambana  katika uchaguzi  Mkuu wa Otoba  mwaka 2015 bila ya kuwa na Makamu
Mwenyekiti Taifa  Mhe. Juma Duni  Haji ambaye  kwa mujibu wa makubaliano
ya UKAWA alilazimika kujiunga  Chadema ili apate  nafasi ya kuwa Mgombea
Mwenza wa Urais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano  wa Tanzania.


"Tumeshiriki Uchaguzi tukiwa tukiwa  kama Mayatima  na Wakiwa, tumeweza kushinda
 nafasi tulizo pata za kuwakilisha wananchi  katika  kata zetu  katika mazingira
 magumu bila ya uwepo  na ushiriki wa  Profesa Lipumba ambapombali na  kudai kuwa
atabaki  kuwa mwanachama  wa kawaida na kuahidi kushiriki kampeni  za majimbo hakuweza
kufanya  hivyo hata katika Jimbo au Kata moja  na si pekee kwa Dar es Salaam
hakushiriki kampeni za Uchaguzi Mkuu 2015 katika maeneo yote
nchini,"alisema Omry.


Omry alisema kuwa wanapinga juhudi zote zinazofanywa na Profesa Lipumba
na wafuasi wake wote ambao wamekuwa  na vitendo  na mwenendo  usio faa
wa kuharibu  mali za Chama  na kusababisha uvunjifu wa amani,kuharibu
taswira  ya Chama mbele ya Jamii.


Kwa pamoja madiwani hao walisema wanatambua uwepo wa Kamati ya Taifa  moja
inayoongozwa na Katibu Mkuu ,na Baraza Kuu la Uongozi mmoja ambalo wajumbe
wake wamepatikana kupitia Mkutano Mkuu wa Taifa wa Uchaguzi uliofanyika
Juni ,2014 Blue Pearl Hotel jijini Dar es Salaam.

Madiwani hao wote wameunga mkonom na kuheshimu hatua zilizochukuliwa na Baraza Kuu
hilo halali la CUF kuwa simamisha  na Kuwavua uanachama Wanachama Wote ambao
wameshiriki kukiuka Kanuni na Maadili ya Chama chao kwa mujibu wa Katiba.

Utendaji ya Taifa ,wakurugenzi  na Manaibu Wakurugenzi, Wajumbe  wa Baraza Kuu la
Taifa  na Wabunge wao  ambao wamekuwa  mstari wa mbele kusimamia Chama katika kipindi
hiki cha mpito wa changamoto zinazowakabili na pongezi za pekee wamedai zimfikie

Mushikiwabo to UN: Enhance civilian protection

By Eugene Kwibuka Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation has urged the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to invest more energy in the prevention of conflicts for better protection of civilians living in conflict-torn areas. Rwanda’s Foreign minister, Louise Mushikiwabo Louise Mushikiwabo made the call during an open debate on the protection of civilians in armed conflict which the UNSC held in New York on Tuesday. “Rwanda’s core message today is that enhancing the protection of civilians in armed conflict requires action before a conflict starts.
