TMRC: imefanikiwa kuorodheshwa hatifungani yenye thamani ya bilioni I20

Kampuni ya mikopo ya nyumba (TMRC) imefanikiwa kuorodheshwa hatifungani yenye thamani ya bilioni I20 katika soko la hisa la Dar es Salaam (DSE) jambo ambalo litasaidia kutekeleza miradi ya maendeleo kwa kutumia fursa zilizopo katika sekta ya masoko katika mitaji.

Akizungumza leo jijini Dar es Salaam katika hafla ya kuorodhesha hatifungani za kampuni ya TMRC soko la hisa (DSE) Naibu Waziri wa Fedha na Mipango, Mhe Dkt. Ashatu Kijaji, amesema kuwa hatua ya TMRC ni mkakati wa maksudi wa kutekeleza jukumu lake la msingi la kutafuta na kukuza mtaji kwa ajili ya kuinua sekta ya mikopo ya nyumba pamoja na mitaji.

"Hatifungani ya TMRC ni ya muda wa miaka mitano ambayo kitaalamu itaipatia kampuni fedha za kukopesha mabenki kwa ajili ya mikopo ya nyumba kwenye soko la fedha za ndani" amesema Dkt. Kijaji.

Amesema hatua hiyo itachangia kukua kwa masoko ya mitaji hapa nchini, kwani ni wakati mwafaka sekta ya fedha kuwa imara kwa kuendelea kuchachua ukuaji wa uchumi.

Dkt. Kijaji ameeleza kuwa kampuni ya TMRC katika utendaji wake imefanikiwa kutoa mikopo yenye thamani ya shillingi bilioni 91 kwa Benki I4 hapa nchini, huku watanzania 937 wakinufaika moja kwa moja na mikopo itolewayo.


Amesema wananchi 4,209 wamenufaika na mikopo ya nyumba kutokana na uwepo wa mfumo wa mikopo ya nyumba unaowezeshwa na TMRC.


''Katika kuhakikisha mikopo ya nyumba inaanzishwa serikali kwa kushirikiana na Benki ya dunia ilianzisha mradi wa kuwezesha kuwepo kwa mfumo wa mikopo ya nyumba (Housing Finance)'' amesema Dkt. Kijaji

Amefafanua kuwa katika kusaidia upatikanaji wa mikopo ya nyumba kwa gharama nafuu kwa kutumia teknolojia mbadala, mashirika kadhaa yamehusishwa ikiwemo shirika la nyumba la taifa (NHC), Shirika la Utafiti wa Ujenzi (NHBRA) pamoja na Watumishi Housing (WHC).

Kaimu Afisa Mtendaji Mkuu wa Mamlaka ya Masoko ya Mitaji na Dhamana (CMSA) Nicodemus Mkama, ameipongeza bodi ya uongozi wa kampuni ya TMRC kwa kufanikisha uorodheshaji wa hatifungani ya katika soko la hisa.

Amesema kuwa kazi waliofanya haikuwa ndogo na rahisi kwani wamefanya kwa uweledi na kwa ufanisi mkubwa.

"Fedha zipatikanazo kupitia mauzo ya hatifungani zitatumika kugharamia shughuli za maendeleo ya kampuni ya TMRC pamoja na kutoa mikopo yenye riba nafuu kwa benki  zinazotoa mikopo ya nyumba" amesema Mkama.

Mkama ameeleza kuwa kupitia hatifungani hiyo Kampuni itakuwa na uwezo mkubwa wa kupanga na kutekeleza miradi mbalimbali ya maendeleo katika kukuza sekta ya nyumba kufuatana na mpango wa biashara wa TMRC.

"Taasisi za fedha, bima na Kampuni zingine kutumia fursa zilizopo katika sekta ya masoko ya mitaji ili kupata fedha za kutekeleza miradi ya maendeleo" amesema Mkama.

Ametoa rai kwa wadau wa masoko ya mitaji kuendelea kushirikiana na serikali katika kutekeleza mipango ya kuendeleza mitaji ikiwemo kuleta bidhaa mpya ambazo zitaorodheshwa katika soko la hisa.

Kuorodheshwa kwa hatifungani katika soka la hisa ninakuwa ni jambo kubwa katika maendeleo ya masoko ya mitaji hapa nchini pamoja na ukanda wa afrika Mashariki, kwani kamapuni ya TMRC inakuwa ni hatifungani ya kwanza yenye muundo wa kudhaminiwa na mali  (Asset Backed Security-ABS).

Mushikiwabo to UN: Enhance civilian protection
