Miss Ilala 2013, Doris Mollel ijumaa ya wiki iliyopita alitembelea shule ya msingi Pugu jijini Dar es Salaam na kukabidhi vitabu 50 za hadithi kwa wanafunzi wa shule hiyo katika harakati zake binafsi za kuwajengea wanafunzi na watoto utamaduni na tabia ya kujisomea kwenye umri mdogo.
Miss Ilala huyo wa mwaka 2013 alitumia nafasi hiyo kuwahamasisha wanafunzi kujisomea kama ufunguo wa maisha yao ya baadaye.

Uganda Police issue fresh terror alert

  By Chris Kiwawulo, The Police have issued a fresh terror alert against a possible attack on Uganda by four terrorists from Kazakhstan. Police spokesperson Judith Nabakooba “We have received a security notification in form of an orange notice of four terrorists originating from Kazakhstan who are planning to travel to foreign countries in order to commit attacks and participate in hostile acts,” Police spokesperson Judith Nabakooba said in a statement on Monday. Nabakooba named the four active members of radical organizations as; Nassiruauly Kairat, Umurzakov Marat Eskendirovich, Kovtun Denis Valerevich and Mazhibayen Alimzhan Akhlazhanovich. Poland’s GROM special services mastermind found dead

Brigadier General Slawomir Petelicki, responsible for the formation of the GROM special services unit in the 1990s, was found dead at his apartment, Saturday, with bullet wounds to the head. Primary investigations point to suicide as the cause of death. It is expected that prosecutors will decide on an investigation into Petelicki’s death on Monday.
