Cymphonique Miller recently signed a record deal with Sony Music, in addition to a new television deal with Nickelodeon.
Her first single under the deal with Sony is titled "Daddy I'm A Rockstar," which is a "new genre" of music Cymphonique has dubbed "Hip Rock Pop."
Cymphonique, who is an honor student, will be one of the keynote speakers at a charity event this November titled "From Girlz II Women," sponsored by the Urban Born Foundation.
The focus of the event is to "empower young girls to become effective women of tomorrow," according to Urban Born's founder, Johnel Langerston.
“Cymphonique, at a young age, is leading by example that hard work, dedication and commitment results in success," Langerston told AllHipHop.com. "And with that success she generously gives back through donating her time and resources. Not only does she make good music for the fans but she is conscientious of her song lyrics and the effect of the message she sends to young girls that can make a difference and change lives.”
In addition to Cymphonique, other keynote speakers include Andrea Wiley, La Tasha Langerston and Kimberly Callegari M.D.
The From "Girlz II Women" charity event takes place November 6th in Los Angeles, California.
