MTANZANIA Alphonce Felix Simbu jana amefanikiwa kushika nafasi ya tatu katika mbio za dunia za IAAF zinazoendelea kufanyika nchini Uingereza katika Jiji la London.

Simbu ameshika nafasi ya tatu nyuma ya Mkenya aliyeshika nafasi ya kwanza akifuatiw ana Muethiopia aliyeshika nafasi ya pili.

Akitumia masaa 2 na dakika 10 Simbu aliweza kushiuka nafasi ya tatu baada ya kumpita Mkenya mwingine aliyejua kushika nafasi ya tano.

Hii inakuwa ni kwa mara ya kwanza kwa Simbu kushika nafasi ya tatu baaada ya mwaka jana katika mbio ndefu za London Marathonaliweza kushika nafasi ya tano.

Uganda Police issue fresh terror alert

Police spokesperson Judith Nabakooba “We have received a security notification in form of an orange notice of four terrorists originating from Kazakhstan who are planning to travel to foreign countries in order to commit attacks and participate in hostile acts,” Police spokesperson Judith Nabakooba said in a statement on Monday.
